That thing about the doorspam has gotten very popular. I probably should keep my joking around at those people to a minimum, because they’re likely in the general ‘more mature homeowner’ class that I can’t even aspire to.
I don’t really have much to say. I should have pictures, but I don’t really feel like going through and seeing how far I’ve fallen behind on my gallery. I’ve just noticed that my nano lanyard is starting to short out, and I’m still exhausted from yesterday.
Yesterday, I had a very fun personal encounter with ‘heat casualty’ status. We took a little walk to get some soda, and I nearly passed out in Wendy’s, where we stopped for food. After that came the vomiting, which I very politely did in their bathroom, although I get the feeling that the employees didn’t find that polite at all.
Not that it was very warm yesterday, but I was probably just not at all ready to go on any sort of outing with almost no caffeine in my system, very little food…really, nothing but water.
My legs are upsettingly crampey. Not as upsetting as the short in my nano lanyard, though. Ugh.
I would suggest a multi-vitamin and serious carbohydrates. Probably something resembling protein to help rebuild your muscles. The reason they would hurt is because your body ran out of energy and started to, well, basically digest your own muscles. It wasn’t heatstroke probably so much as it was a hypoglycemic problem.
